🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Risk of loss/damage passes to customer upon delivery. Please inspect package before accepting.

💳 Payment Terms

• Accepted Methods: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, Cash (for local pickup), Cheque (subject to clearance).
• Advance Payment: 100% advance payment required for all orders unless otherwise agreed for established corporate clients.
• Corporate/Bulk Orders: 50% advance, 50% against delivery (subject to credit approval).
• All payments must be made in INR. International payments are not accepted.

🔧 Warranty & Liability

• Products come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty from date of invoice.
• Warranty does not cover: damage from improper use, sterilization errors, dropping, corrosion, normal wear and tear.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
• For medical/dental procedures, instruments must be used by qualified professionals. We are not responsible for treatment outcomes.
